Our Programs
PLAYGROUP FOR 2½-YEAR-OLDS
Half-day, supervised program that gently introduces young children to a structured, parent-free environment through age-appropriate play, songs, stories, and simple gross-motor activities, with no toilet training required but a stocked diaper bag needed, offered two to five mornings per week.
4/5-YEAR-OLD PRESCHOOL (full-day)
The 4/5-year-old full-day program offers a seamless five-hour day that combines the regular 4/5-year-old curriculum with additional afternoon instruction in science, geography, and pre-reading literature, providing a positive, developmentally appropriate environment that nurtures creativity, intellectual growth, self-esteem, and independence, with families supplying lunch.
3-YEAR-OLD PROGRAM
Program, offered three, four, or five mornings per week with an optional Lunch & Learning hour, helps children transition from their parent or guardian into a nurturing classroom where individualized instruction supports confidence, friendships, free play, small-group learning, language development, music, dramatic play, and gross-motor growth through outside play.
TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN
The full-day, five-days-per-week Transitional Kindergarten program offers a small, supportive class designed for children with fall birthdays, young fives, or those recommended for an extra year of growth, providing individualized attention and a less stressful, kindergarten-readiness environment that builds confidence and prepares them for a strong start in their K-12 journey.
4/5-YEAR-OLD PRESCHOOL (half-day)
The 4/5-year-old half-day program, offered four or five mornings per week, supports smoother separation from parents or guardians while fostering social growth, cooperation, thematic learning, early literacy through phonetic alphabet introduction and name recognition, math through games, and a love of talking, listening, and reading within a caring classroom community.
KINDERGARTEN
The full-day kindergarten program follows New Jersey state standards and uses the Creative Curriculum® to offer small classes, individualized attention, and engaging, hands-on learning across literacy, numeracy, science, and social studies, helping children grow socially, emotionally, and academically while building independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Summer Programs
Summer Fun Program
Our summer program offers fun-filled mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., featuring supervised outdoor play, crafts, and games. Children spend approximately 1.5 hours outside enjoying our playground, sandbox, swings, T-ball, and soccer, all under the supervision of a New Jersey state-certified teacher and trained assistants. The remaining time is spent indoors with theme-based projects, games, music, free play, and snack time. Snacks are not provided, so please pack a healthy, nut-free snack for your child each day. Each week introduces a new and exciting theme—past favorites have included Earth Science, Animal Adventures, Around the World, Dinosaurs, Under the Ocean, and more.
Summer Playgroup Program
Summertime Playgroup is designed for young children as an introduction to a structured environment without a parent. Two-year-olds are active, affectionate, and often strong-willed, and they are just beginning to explore the world around them. Much of their learning happens through imitation and play. Our program offers supervised play with age-appropriate toys, simple songs, nursery rhymes, and stories, along with gross motor activities through music and occasional outdoor play. Through Summertime Playgroup, we encourage independence and support your child’s growing awareness of social behavior, helping them begin to discover life beyond their own little world.
